Prasad Chintamaneni

Senior Vice President and Head of Global Markets, Banking & Financial Services Practice, Cognizant

Prasad has 18 years experience in the Banking and Financial Services and Information Technology Industries in North America, Europe, India and Asia Pacific.

Prasad is the Head of Global Markets for Cognizant’s Banking and Financial Services Practice and is responsible for the Sales, Business Development, Consulting and Client Relationship Management Organization with Global P&L management responsibility.

Previously, Prasad led the Company’s North American Region for the Banking and Financial Services Practice.

Prior to joining Cognizant in 1999, Prasad spent 7 years of his career in Investment Banking and Financial Services, the last 5 years of which were with Merrill Lynch as an Investment Banker and a member of Merrill’s business strategy committee in India.

He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India and an MBA from the XLRI Business School in India.
