TSC Sub-Contractor Instructor Position

The purpose of this position is to create and manage technology instruction, designed to improve Technology Service Corps member’s knowledge and proficiency of technology in a designated region. The instructor works with TSC Program Management to ensure programs are being measured effectively, and data is being analyzed to determine program goals/outcomes. The instructor will be responsible for creating an innovative technology curriculum that caters to different student learning styles such as; Visual/Verbal, Visual/ Nonverbal, Tactile/Kinesthetic, and Auditory/ Verbal for Technology Service Corps members from the ages of 18-25.

Job Developer

Provide ongoing job development services to TSC Alumni. The Job Developer helps TSC participants to find and retain full-time and part-time employment opportunities. Oversees Workforce Team and projects. Manages, identifies, coordinates, and evaluates employment opportunities for TSC Alumni.

Research and Data Analyst

The purpose of this position is to research workforce development trends through developing and implementing analyses, metrics, and models in accordance with best practices; and with determining how to translate that data into usable, actionable information for the formation and execution of fundraising/ program development strategies and measures of success.

Project Manager, CRM

NPower has been deploying Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) solutions built on the Salesforce.com platform to nonprofit clients for over 5 years. Recently, it has developed a product to help foundations track their grant making activities. These clients often need additional support to optimally use and enhance their systems or augment their internal staff.

NPower is looking for an experienced professional who will work on project teams, under the direction of senior technical managers, to deploy CRM solutions to foundations and other non-profits. The work requires good skills in time-management, customer satisfaction, software configuration, and business analysis.
