Lisa Glass Kornstein is a Salesforce.com Project Manager at NPower. Lisa comes to NPower with ten years management experience in the for-profit and non-profit sectors, including directing a vocational rehabilitation program for 800 recovering heroin addicts, co-founding and directing an organization for the biological mothers of foster children, and serving as a management consultant for non-profits through the Service Effectiveness Research Group. Prior to joining the NPower team, Lisa was the project manager for the Salesforce.com implementation of the Council on Accreditation. Lisa founded and leads the NYC Nonprofit Salesforce User Group, a 125 member group that meets eight times a year.
Lisa has undergraduate degrees from Washington University in St. Louis, and a MSSW in Social Administration from Columbia University. Lisa serves on several committees and boards promoting environmental and social justice causes, and is a member of the Social Enterprise Alliance.
