Throughout all of that, John always had a strong desire to merge his volunteer experience in his non-professional life with his professional career. So it was natural to seek a position in the non-profit world. John took on the Manager of Technical Operations role with great enthusiasm. With a strong desire to be creative and challenged, and, to do good at the same time, joining NPower is the fulfillment of a long standing dream. Whether it be as a hands on technologist, a project leader, a mentor, and more, John brings years of accomplishments and experience to wherever he lands.

John, a native New Yorker and Brooklyn resident, is a member of the Oratory Church of St. Boniface in downtown Brooklyn and is a major force in local traditional music in NYC. You can find him each and every Tuesday night at Dempsey's Pub in the East Village, where he leads the longest running, open Irish traditional music session in NYC.
