Marlene Green
Marlene Green is the newly appointed Chief Technology Officer at NPower.
Most recently, Marlene was a Director in the Reengineering Group at Citi where she identified and recommended transformative opportunities for bottom line business results. Her areas of expertise include technology strategy, business process reengineering, system integration and product development.
Before this role, Marlene was in Markets and Banking Technology, where she managed technology for the Municipal division from trade processing all the way through to management's use of front-office analytical tools. Prior to joining Citi in 2006, Marlene built a mortgage-backed securities technology platform for Barclays Capital, integrated technologies for the Scudder Investments and Deutsche Bank Asset Management merger, and played a significant role in managing global Equity Research technology at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette (DLJ) and at Morgan Stanley. She also managed the full product life cycle for a custom technology solution sponsored by the Morgan Stanley Merchant Bank on behalf of their clients. Marlene began her career as a Fixed Income Research Securities Analyst (a “quant”) at Goldman Sachs and at Salomon Brothers.
Marlene earned a BS degree from Cornell University and an MBA degree from NYU Stern School of Business. She also earned a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute (CFAI), the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA) and the Financial Women’s Association (FWA)
