Melinda Chang

Program Director, The Community Corps

Melinda Chang is Program Director of The Community Corps, NPower’s newest initiative dedicated to connecting pro bono experts to nonprofits in need of IT assistance. More information on The Community Corps can be found at www.thecommunitycorps.org.

Melinda began her career at J.P Morgan Chase as an investment banker in J.P. Morgan's Equity Capital Markets division. There, she participated in the origination and execution of equity transactions, including initial public offerings and roadshows in the technology, media and telecommunications space. She then joined NPower in 2009 when the organization was undergoing a strategic transformation in its product offerings and services. Currently, Melinda is spearheading The Community Corps initiative and is leading a team at NPower to build and market the network, execute program activities and steer the program to its vision of making a deep impact in the nonprofit community.

Melinda is a graduate from New York University Stern School of Business and holds a dual degree in Finance and International Business. She is very excited to leverage her skills and contacts in the technology and corporate space to make positive impact in the nonprofit community.
