Rachell joined NPower in November, 2010 as The Community Corps’ User Experience Manager responsible for TCC’S marketing, outreach, user support, operations, and overall client experience. Rachell joins NPower from RR Donnelley, formerly Bowne & Co. where she served as a Sr. System’s Analyst for 2 years in charge of Bowne’s Enterprise Global CRM Solution.
