Customer Service Manager

As Customer Service Manager at NPower NY, Robert Price is responsible for managing and improving client satisfaction, tracking contract fulfillment and managing billing and collections. In this strategic role, he touches every customer and every part of the organization.

Before joining NPower NY, Robert served in a number of roles with Cablevision - most recently as Manager of Operations supporting Cablevision's Optimum Voice (OV) product. He was responsible for managing the daily operations of the call center supporting Local Number Portability and Directory Listing services, along with strategic planning and revision of existing processes.

Robert holds a Bachelors in Business Management from Binghamton University. In his spare time, Robert enjoys playing handball, watching movies and video gaming.
