Special needs students make the grade with support of The Community Corps

Challenge

Yachad—a Jewish school for special needs students—received a donation of 150 computers and printers. What they lacked was the staff and expertise to set up an effective network.

Solution

The Community Corps assembled a team of more than 50 pro bono IT volunteers, including students from NPower’s Technology Service Corps program, to tackle the job of setting up the computers and printers.

Impact

Yachad is able to provide a deeper and richer educational experience to all their students.
