Union Settlement Association and JP Morgan Chase team up!

With an IT Department of 3 staff members supporting over 350 employees across more than 11 sites spread over several city blocks, Union Settlement was working at maximum capacity with limited IT resources.Union Settlement had hundreds of IT assets throughout all 11 sites and needed to execute a full IT Asset Management Project. The project would help Union Settlement determine physical attributes such as age and performance of computers and their supporting components. With the help of JPMorgan Chase volunteers, Union Settlement successfully tagged and logged all assets for later reporting and analysis.

The long term impact of this project will be the ability of Union Settlement to perform life-cycle management of information technology assets throughout the organization. This allows them to make informed business decisions that are based on meaningful and measurable IT data thus creating an organizational IT infrastructure that is sustainable, efficient, and one that can scale to meet the growing needs of their organization.
