Network Support

IT Basic monitors and manages networks to ensure hassle-free IT operations. Remote monitoring capabilities allow IT Basic to track computer systems 24/7 so that problems can be identified immediately and proactively addressed, reducing network down-time.

Hardware & Software Support

Data Backup Services

Client data is backed-up daily and systematically to IT Basic's operations center. Data is initially saved on disk and subsequently stored on a tape. It is then transferred weekly to a secure off-site facility. Data is retained for 90 days and can be retrieved in the event of a problem by calling IT Basic's Help Desk.
