Career Placement Manager, TX
The Career Placement Manager will be responsible for employment opportunities for NPower’s program graduates and match qualified graduates with employment opportunities in the public and private IT sector. They will also be responsible for developing relationships with employers, senior executives, tech incubator start-up owners, nonprofit leaders among others and successfully place participants into job and provide ongoing retention services to support both the employer and the NPower graduate.
Technical Instructor, MI
The Technical Instructor delivers lessons daily enabling NPower students to gain technology skills for follow-on internships and full time employment. The end result of this course is student mastery of entry level technical skills and passing CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ and A+ certification exams.

NPower is looking for an enthusiastic Recruiting and Admissions Manager that will be responsible for engaging young adults and veterans for the Texas program as well as managing day-to-day administrative tasks. Recruiting and Admissions Managers work closely with trainees, their team, and community partners to ensure a positive admissions process and the trainees’ success in program.
