Claiming Space in Tech - A California Success Story

Alejandra B.

IT Generalist Apprentice, Robert Half Technology

Alejandra had a degree in business management, but, despite countless interviews, was unable to secure a professional role in the tech-focused Bay Area,  She was employed part-time at a local steakhouse making minimum wage when she discovered NPower through a relative who had previously completed the program. She secured a help desk internship with Robert Half Technologies which allowed her skills to shine. Alejandra was offered a full-time Business Systems Analyst position with Robert Half as well as a U.S. Department of Labor IT Generalist Apprenticeship.  She is well on her way to a successful tech career.

“NPower provided me with an internship opportunity to showcase the skills I learned throughout the program and gain meaningful experience. My time at NPower has given me a much better understanding of my career path in tech."
