Sakina was working several dead-end jobs before she discovered NPower. She knew that she wanted more for herself, but wasn’t sure what that looked like or how to achieve it. She took a leap of faith to join NPower and to further develop her technical skills. After a successful internship with the University of Maryland Baltimore gaining valuable IT experience, she advanced to a full-time position as a Help Desk Specialist at LEARN Behavioral where she continues to build relationships and learn.
