Celeste Barajas

NPower California

At 17, Celeste joined the U.S. Army Reserves as a mechanic, serving six years. Post-service, while working as a security guard, a conversation introduced her to NPower. Despite challenges like long commutes and balancing work, Celeste completed the NPower program with determination. She now thrives as a Robot Wrangler, earning a six-figure salary, embodying her belief in sacrifice and perseverance for long-term rewards.

Jessica Luna Miranda

NPower California Alumni

Born in Mexico City and raised in the US foster system, Jessica pursued social work after earning a Sociology degree. Though rewarding, she harbored an unfulfilled interest in tech. Jessica balanced full-time work with intense study, overcoming challenges to complete the program. She achieved her dream, moving to the Bay Area and securing a job at Deloitte as an Associate Technology Support Analyst, crediting NPower for her newfound skills, support, and confidence to grow and inspire others in tech.

Audric Adarme

NPower California A former U.S. Navy reservist and information/communication manager, Audric joined NPower to advance his IT career, focusing on cybersecurity. Now an Assistant Technical Instructor for the Tech Fundamentals program in San Jose, he aims to continually develop as an IT professional.
