NPower is excited to announce the launch of our Tech Fundamentals program in St. Louis, Missouri in 2017. We are located on the campus of Harris-Stowe State University (HSSU) in the Henry Givens Administration Building.

Develop the Tech Skills You Need

Tech Fundamentals is a FREE program, for young adults (age 18 – 25), providing technology training, career development, and an opportunity to participate in paid internships in the St. Louis metropolitan area.

Some of the many benefits of completing our 22-week IT training program are that you can earn CompTIA A+ certification (widely-recognized and well-respected industry standard certification within the IT field), learn from senior IT industry executives, and gain valuable professional experience in the IT space by interning at major local corporations.

Interested in Enrolling?

The Tech Fundamentals program begins with 15 weeks of morning classes (9am – 1pm) Monday - Friday. Following the in class training, you also have an opportunity to be placed in a 7-week paid internship within the IT field.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED/HSE and be legal to work in the United States
  • Ages 18-25
  • No experience or prior knowledge of technology necessary. 
  • We generally consider applicants with an income that falls within 200% of the federal poverty level
