Held virtually for the first time in NPower’s 19 year history, nearly 800 attendees from around the world joined us for a night of meaningful, thought-provoking conversations.

Named this week as Fortune’s Most Powerful Woman of the Year, she shared her experience as an advocate for diversity in the workplace, as well as the importance of taking risks in the face of fear.
