On October 21, 2025, we gathered at Cipriani Wall Street for our 2025 NPower Gala — a truly groundbreaking evening that celebrated 25 years of impact and looked ahead to the Next 25. Nearly 700 guests joined us for a night of inspiration, generosity, and connection. Together, we raised over $2.35 million to advance NPower’s mission of launching tech careers for young adults, veterans, and military-connected individuals nationwide.

We were moved by leaders like Carl Eschenbach (Workday CEO) and Bipul Sinha (Rubrik CEO, Chairman & Co-Founder). We were all captivated hearing from NPower alumna Geneva Vitales (Security Delivery Analyst at Accenture Federal Services) whose story of service and transformation embodies the very heart of our mission and fuels the motivation that inspires us all to show up. Her journey from the U.S. Marine Corps to a thriving cybersecurity career reminds us why our work matters more than ever.
