How to Leverage Non-traditional Talent and Develop Diverse & Inclusive Hiring Pipelines

HR Uncubed 2019 | June 10th 2019

We spent the day at HR Uncubed, a conference focused on modern strategies, tactics, and tech for attracting and retaining the best talent.

NPower’s VP of Partnerships, Patrick Cohen was joined by Accenture’s Steve Murphy (NPower board member) and Darnel Thompson (NPower alum) for a conversation on how organizations can leverage non-traditional talent and develop diverse & inclusive talent pipelines.

The opportunities that have happened for me are amazing and they started with NPower 13 years ago. I am really appreciative of the network that I have been privileged to join through NPower and Accenture.

NPower is special because it creates tremendous graduates and employees. It is not just about the skills learned in the Tech Fundamentals, Cybersecurity, or Cloud Computing programs; NPower takes the time to do it right. When you bring in an NPower intern or hire, you see that they really know how to work together as a team and solve problems.
